Philly Sports Live Partners With Hit Radio Station Wired 96.5
- Updated: June 22, 2012
PHILADELPHIA — Today is a beginning of a new relationship, where Phillysportslive.com partners up with Philadelphia’s #1 Hit Music Station, Wired 96.5. Last month, Philly Sports Live teamed up with local artist Lil Louie C, producing The Official Flyers Anthem “Knock-Knock”. The video went viral with over 40k hits in a week! During this time, Philly Sports Live owner Frank Mazza, reached out to Wired 96.5 giving them radio exclusivity to the song. From there, Wired 96.5 had helped mark Philly Sports Live’s spot on the map. Mazza says his goal for the site is to give college writers the opportunity to build up their portfolio in hope to one day make it in the industry. Currently Philly Sports Live , staffs seven writers (all alumni of his Alma Mater, Neumann University). “We want to showcase our selves as professional sports writers and broadcasters and this is just the beginning of many big things to come”, says Lead Writer/Editor, David Malandra. Philly Sports Live is proud to showcase Wired 96.5 as their new partner in the sports blogging industry.
Philly Sports Live will be covering it’s first Wired 96.5 event on Saturday June 23, 2012. Shila Nathan (from Chio, Shila & Tingle in the Morning), fights the worlds most hated and most disgusting Nadya Suleman, aka Octomom, in the Summer Rumble 2012 event! See event information on the flyer below.
