Villanova Knocks Out Oklahoma in Final Four

Houston TX: The 4 best teams in college basketball came to NRG Stadium in Houston Texas on Saturday for the 2016 Final Four featuring North Carolina, Syracuse , Oklahoma and Villanova. The Villanova Wildcats took on Oklahoma Sooners in 1 semifinal game. The Wildcats came into game by taking down Kansas in the Elite 8 on march 26 in Louisville while Oklahoma came into game off win over Oregon in the Elite 8 in Anaheim.
Oklahoma won the tip to start the game and would score the games first points on three pointer by Buddy Hield for the early 3-0 lead, Josh Hart got Villanova on the board. Both teams would exchange some big shots and with 10:42 left, the Wildcats would take control of the game as they would be making shots and Oklahoma could not respond as the lead would grow to 37-21 with 4:07 left, the Sonners would try to get it down, then Josh hart hits a big three pointer late in the 1st half as Villanova would take a 42-28 lead into halftime.
Oklahoma would start 2nd half with ball and they would cut into the lead as they got it down to 9 at 46-37 with 16:20 left, then the Wildcats would go on a ridiculous run where they would score 25 straight points and get the lead to 72-41 with 8:38 left. The Sooners had no answer to get back into the game and to stop all the momentium that Villanova had as they would cruise to 95-51 win to make the National Championship game on Monday night against North Carolina. The 44 point win by Villanova was the Biggest blow out in Final four history.
