Philadelphia Soul Knock out San Antonio

The Soul comes into the game off a heart breaking loss to Cleveland on May 23 while San Antonio comes into game off a loss to Portland on May 22. San Antonio won the toss and deferred to 2nd half, the Soul would take the opening drive for a Touchdown as Dan Raudabaugh finds Tiger Jones for the early 7-0 lead, then the Soul defense Rayshaun Kizer picks off pass for a Pick 6 and a 14-0 lead, then the Soul get a gift on special teams as San Antonio fumbles the kick off the net and Joe Goosby recovers it for a 21-0 lead, then Tiger Jones strikes for his 2nd touchdown of 1st quarter as the soul off to a very fast start leading 28-0 at end of 1st quarter. San Antonio would finally score its first points of the game in the 2nd quarter as Shane Boyd finds Doug Pierce. The Soul offence was on fire from the start as they took a 55-20 lead into halftime.
San Antonio would try to make a comeback but it would not be enough as the Soul offence continued where the left off in the first half. Soul backup QB Bryan Randall came in and threw2 long touchdowns to Emery Sammons and Tiger Jones. The defense came up big as the soul would cruse to a 76-40 win to improve their record to 6-5 on the season and San Antonio loss drops them to 1-10 on the season.
