NFL News: Los Angeles Is Ready For Two NFL Teams

Today, the Los Angeles City Council approved unanimously for a plan to build a stadium in downtown LA. AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) is the developer of the possible $1.5 billion stadium.

This new stadium would be able to hold 72,000 people and would be right next to the Staples Center. AEG is seeking two NFL teams and if they get one team by March, the construction of the stadium would begin immediately.
