Navy Beats Army 34-7 for 12 Straight Year

Philadelphia PA- On Saturday December 14 from Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia, the America’s Game took place the Army Black Knights took on the Navy Midshipmen in the 114th annuall Army Navy Game. Army came into this game witha record of 3-8 while Navy came into game with record of 7-4. The Game was broadcasted Nationally on CBS Sports with Verne Lundquist, Gary Danielson & Tracy Wolfson called the action while John Tautges, James Lofton, Lewis Johnson had the call on Westwood One

Army Won the Toss & deferred to the 2nd half, Navy would score the games first point with 1 minute left in the 1st quarter when Nick Sloan hits a 20 yard field goal for the early 3-0 lead. In the 2nd quarter, the Snow would be coming down very hard at Lincoln Financial Field & Navy would continute to take control of Army as Noah Copeland would score a 39 yard touchdown to make it 10-0 Navy & then QB Keenan Reynolds would run a 47 yard touchdown for a 17-0 lead at Halftime

Army woudl finally get on the board int he 3rd quarter as QB Angel Santiago would run a 4 yard touchdown to cut the Navy lead to 17-7, Navy would respond with a 34 yard field goal by Nick Sloan to make it 20-7, then Kennan Reynolds would add 2 rush touchdowns in the 4th quarter to ice the game as Navy wins 34-7 for their 12 straight win over Army & they did in in front of a sell out crowd of 65,612.
