LaSalle Destroys Duquesne

Philadelphia PA: A big matchup in the Atlantic 10 conference took place at Tom Gola Arena on the campus of LaSalle University on Wednesday night as LaSalle Explorers took on Duquesne Dukes. LaSalle enters game with 14-10 6-5 in Atlantic 10 and following a loss to Davidson on February 14 while Duquesne comes into game with 8-15 3-9 in Atlantic 10 and coming off a loss to Umass also on February 14.
LaSalle won the tip to start the game and got things going from 3 pt range as they opened up the game by making 5 three pointers for the early 15-0 lead, Duquesne got on board from basket by Derrick Colter. Both teams came out firing a lot of three pointers, Duquesne is trying to keep this game close, but LaSalle has it all going for them. LaSalle took a 43-27 lead into halftime
LaSalle got ball to start the 2nd half and they picked up where they left in the 1st half, making their three pointers. Duquesne is trying to get back in the is game but LaSalle is too much. Jordan Price, Jerrell Wright along with Steve Zack doing all the damage for LaSalle in this game. LaSalle would Cruise to a 87-72 win. LaSalle would make 13 pointers in the game. With the win, LaSalle goes to 15-11 (7-6 in A-10) while Duquesne falls to 8-16 (3-10 in A-10).
