Frank the Tank leads the Badgers to The Final 4

Number 1 seed Wisconsin badgers defeat number 2 seed Arizona Wildcats by score of 85 – 78. This is the second straight year the badgers defeated Arizona to move on to the final four matchup. Competitive play was the story in the first half but Wisconsin’s shooting became too much for the wildcats to handle.

Wisconsin shot 55.6% from the field and were strong from the 3 point line as well, shooting 66.7 percent. The Wildcats weren’t to bad themselves shooting 55.8% from the field but only managing to throw up 6 three-point shots within the two halves of play.  You can be sure pick this team in the Final Four appearance using Bet Bind!

Frank “The Tank” Kaminsky led all scorers with a total of 29 points. Shooting 9-20 from the field and sinking 10 out of his 12 free throws. Sam Dekker also led the way with scoring. He managed to shoot 8-11 from the field for a total of 27 points. Sinking 5 three-point field goals within his 37 minutes of play. On the Arizona side of the ball, Forward Brandon Ashley scored a team high 17 points. Shooting 5-7 from the field in only 21 minutes of play. Guard T.J. McConnell shot 4-8 from the field in 38 minutes. Picking up 14 points. McConnell did manage to pick up 2 steals and secure a perfect night at the foul line shooting 6-6. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson also had a nice night scoring 17 points and picking up 8 rebounds.

The Wisconsin Badgers move on to their 2nd consecutive final 4 appearance. They proved once again tonight that they are a team to be remembered. The Badgers go on to face the winner of Notre Dame vs Kentucky in a final elite eight matchup this Saturday.
