Eagles Stuns Colts on Monday Night Football

Indianapolis IN: On Monday September 15 from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis Indiana, Monday Night Football took center stage as the Philadelphia Eagles took on the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts came into game off a loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 1, While the Philadelphia Eagles under year 2 of Chip Kelly comes in off a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The game was brodcasted on ESPN & 94WIP & Westwood One Sports
The Eagles won the Toss and elect to defer to 2nd half. the games firsdt points came from a 31 Yard field Goal by Parkey to make it 3-0. Colts would get on the board when they went for it on 4th & 1 and Ahmad Bradshaw scored touchdown for early 7-3 lead. Both teams would trade field goals in the 2nd quarter, Nick Foles would throw an interception late in the 2nd quarter, the Colts would add a late touchdown when Andrew Luck finds Jack Doyle to make it 17-6 at halftime.
Eagles got ball to start the 2nd half, Colts would add another field goal to make it 20-6. The Eagles would finally get into the end zone when LeSean McCoy would score from 1 yard out to cut the lead to 20-13. Darren Sproles would tie the game at 20 with an amazing 19 yard touchdown run. Colts Ahmad Bradshaw would score his 2nd touchdown of the game to make it 27-20 earlyy in the 4th quarter. the eagles defense needed to make a big stop and they got it when Malcoolm Jenkins picked off Andrew Luck which lead to the Eag driving down to tie the game at 27 when Nick Foles would find Jeremy Maclin with 3:25 left in the 4th quarter. Colts would go 3 and out and left the eagles too much time on the clock and Eagles would drive down and Cody Parkey would kick game winning 36 yard field goal for a 30-27 win to go to 2-0 on the season while the Colts fall to 0-2. the Eagles now get ready to play the 1st NFC Easty game on Sunday as they take on the Washington Redskins which features the return of former Eagles WR DeSean Jackson.
