Conor McGregor says he will fight at UFC 200

Las Vegas NV: The Hype for one of the biggest events in the history of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) which is UFC 200 just received a lot more attention. Late Sunday night UFC fighter Conor McGregor posted a tweet saying that he will fight at UFC 200 on July 9 at the new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The UFC featherweight champion, was scheduled to take on Nate Diaz in the Rematch from UFC 196 which Diaz defeated McGregor by Submission (rear-naked choke) in Round 2. Last Tuesday, McGregor posted a tweet saying that he was retired then a few hours later UFC president Dana White went on SportsCenter saying that McGregor was pulled from UFC 200 because he wouldn’t fly to Las Vegas to perform promotional obligations.
2 Days later on Thursday, McGregor posted a lengthy statement on his Facebook page to explain that he wanted to focus on training for the upcoming fight with Nate Diaz.
