Allen Iverson’s Villanova Home Sells for $2.5 Million

Looks like Allen Iverson’s old mansion in Villanova has finally been sold after being on the market for almost three years!

Roughly 12 years ago Iverson paid roughly $5 million and later sold it for $2.6 million to Saladworks CEO John Scardapane in 2010.

The home has some cool features: a recreation room, theater, and a guest apartment with its own kitchen, living room and bedroom. Also noted in the listing is a “restaurant-quality” bar and a two-story reception hall with heated marble floorings.

$2.6 million to own the house of a former legend….Priceless!
